Breakfast in the
4 carrots, 2 apples,
1 cucumber, bunch of fresh cilantro, 1 lemon,little
piece of ginger root, stalk of celery.
Wash thoroughly and
process through the juice extractor.
Makes 1/4 of a gallon
fresh juice. Drink slowly but surely...
Lunch, in the Blender...
1/4 fresh ripe papaya,
1 small avocado, handfull of fresh spinach, alfalfa
sprouts, 1 cucumber, 1 apple, 1 pear, water, maybe
other fruits for sweetness like mango or peach, and
other greens like kale or chard...
Blend with water and
take to work in a thermos...
